Even though Miley Cyrus and her bodyguards do their best to avoid all the fans and paparazzi it's not easy when the photographers are willing to climb up on rooftops to get their shot! This shot was taken as Miley arrived at the back door of her London hotel but fortunately Miley is a professional and knows that the only way to play it is to smile and wave!
